HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UN-COMPASSIONATE. This funeral director laughed as he shared a joke with police officers at the scene, whilst my father lay recently deceased at our home having suffered a major heart attack. This was not the end of our horrendous dealings with this man. He presented himself as highly incompetent and severely lacking in emotional intelligence. Unfortunately, it was only due to our utter devastation that we followed through with this company's service unable to think clearly at the time.
