Just went to call Health Matters the other day to make an appointment and noticed the ladies comment below in relation to the service of Dr Antonio. Yes, the reception at health matters is second to none, however, I cannot fathom why you feel that way regarding Dr Antonio. I have never posted a Google review but since seeing the below comment, I cannot resist the temptation to be an advocate for Dr Antonio's excellent service. He is not arrogant or rude in any sort of measure, if anything he is very caring. He was the first doctor to diagnose my son properly, if it wasn't for this doctor my son would still be suffering. I would hope no one is put off making an appointment with Dr Antonio, he is a brilliant doctor with a very caring nature, not to mention he takes his time to listen to your concerns and he always explains everything very thoroughly. He and Dr Dexter are both brilliant doctors and both share the same level of care towards their patients! :)
The women at the service desk are always friendly polite and helpful at Health matters. But Dr Antonio is rude and arrogant. It would be a perfect score if it wasn't for that.
I have been attending this practice for approximately 2 years both for medical and mental healthcare. Both my GP and Psychologist treat me with the utmost respect making me feel in control of my own treatment. They both give me as much information as I want and need to make good informed decisions for myself knowing they will support me at all times. They also support me to keep both informed of any major issues affecting my mental health. This I feel is particularly important. I recommend Health Matters Fernvale to anyone needing quality support.
I'm a German backpacker and I've cut myself on the razorwire went to this place and found a professional team wich cleaned my wound and after 6 stiches I was readdy to go home!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!!!!!!!!
