Absolutely fantastic professional people from the moment you walk in the door!!Reception staff welcome you with a big smile and the assurance you are in the best possible care!!Dental nurses carry on the welcoming attitude and make sure you are comfortable and ensure the dentist have all they need to ensure a seamless appointment!!Then you move on to the dentists. Absolutely awesome!! No amount of explanation is too much trouble! You know exactly what they are going to do and how much you will be charged! The calm way they carry out their work makes even the most nervous people feel at ease.
Amazing and caring doctors. They are very thorough and kind.Both my young boys have been here and will never have a fear of the dentist. Dental Assistants and receptionist staff are wonderful as well.

Absolutely love this clinic. My main Dentist Dr Galletly continually goes above and beyond when it comes to treatments. I'm quite a nervous patient but she's more then happy to slow things down so I feel as comfortable as possible and understand exactly what happening. However it's also worth noting the whole team is really friendly and always professional.
I couldn't praise Fernvale Dental enough for their professionalism and friendly atmosphere. We are always greeted with a smile by all the staff and the dental care we receive is always second to none with lots of explanations along the way. I was impressed once again when we brought our toddler in for her first check up recently. Dr Sang was extremely kind and took time to get down to her eye level and engage with her, making her feel comfortable with him and all the different gadgets in the room. She even got to pick a toy from a special box which made her day! If you have kids I would highly recommend taking them here!
