Call him end of last year with a issue with my pathfinders aircon very friendly timely service he event dropped me home when I dropped my car off and then brought my car home to me once he had fixed my problem also offered free advice on my partners ford ignition problem will definitely be using rapid auto again
Ask if he could help me when i was broken down said he would ring back 2hrs later i tried to ring him again got no answer not good at following up on what he says he will do had the same problem with my wifes car said he would get a part still waiting for it 6mounths i don't recommend Rapid Auto Electial AT ALL
Rapid Auto Electrical, firstly there is nothing RAPID about his ability to answer a phone call. I have paid over $400 for less than 2 hours work, incuding a call out fee, which he did not disclose. Nor did he resolve my problems, & never even bothered to fix basic things such as a battery terminal connector which was clearly BROKEN. He was in & out in 45 miniutes for a fee of $180, then a second call out cost me another $220... CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!
